I may look a little grump in this picture, the reason being is I’ve just come back from my Diabetic Retinopathy Scan.
This is my second Retinopathy Scan I have had, the first one was approximately a year ago, and I’ve been Diabetic (or at least diagnosed Diabetic) for just over a year now.
This year instead of a lady doing the scan on her own, there were two guys doing the scan. Last year I needed two lots of eye drops to dilate my pupils but this year thankfully I only needed one set of eye drops. The guy that was doing my Diabetic Retinopathy Scan did say he saw something on my eyes but believes it’s probably nothing but the pictures would be examined more closely back at the hospital and I would receive the results in the next 7-10 days.
